THETA and REIKI HEALING
THETA HEALING- What is it?
"Theta" refers to one of the four brainwaves used to describe levels of consciousness. A theta brainwave produces a slow brainwave pattern and cycles 5 to 8 times per second. By contrast, the Beta state, which you are in when you are working, thinking and talking throughout the day, cycles 15-40 cycles per second. Beta is know often as "monkey mind". Theta is the brainwave one experiences when you are just falling asleep or waking up; deeply relaxed but conscious. Theta Healing theory proposes that when we are in theta state, through meditation, we are able to "go deeply within ourselves" and connect to our soul. And your soul can be described as a direct Spark of God's Light/Source/the stuff you're made of. To connect on this level is a very powerful experience!

Theta Brainwave Facts
It is the first stage of the dream state
It is induced in hypnosis
It can be considered the subconscious mind
It hold memories and sensations
It governs our attitudes, beliefs and behaviors
It is a place of creativity, inspiration and spiritual connection
It allows you to work from a higher place than the conscious mind

Theta Healing is a meditative (hence the theta state), prayerful, spiritual and healing experience in which you directly connect and "co-create" with The Creator of ALL That Is. In that space many levels of Self can be healed. Unhealthy thought, beliefs and behaviors can be removed and replaced with the intentions of healthier habits. Setting new intentions at the soul/God, or Creator/Co-creator level, in theta, you co-create a "reset" of who you are, back to that pure God Spark level. Theta has a healing impact on your ancestral linage, going back. But is also sends healing going forward into your future generations.
The theory of Theta Healing also holds the concept that our emotions, traumas and negative experiences are held in certain parts of the body, which can lead to physical ailments, imbalances and disorders, along with mental health issues. Especially if they are locked in the body over long periods of time. Theta Healing is often employed to have it intuitively shown where, in the body, a negative experience or feeling is being held and disrupting the body/mind/emotions, so it may be release and healed.

The Core level is what we are taught in this lifetime and accept from childhood.
Genetic level refers to what is carried over from our ancestors and added into our genes in this lifetime.
The History level refers to our memories from past lifetimes that create our Collective consciousness.

The Soul level refers to the "All" that a person is; it is the completeness of the individual

Theta Healing can be utilized in many way, including intuitive readings and healing; manifestations; connecting and communicating with our Angels, Ancestors and Spirit Guides; getting future readings; and changing unwanted beliefs and fears.

REIKI

What is Reiki?
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words – “Rei”, meaning "God's Wisdom or Higher Power" and “Ki”, meaning "life force energy". Reiki therefore is God (or Higher Power) directed life force energy."

Reiki is a Japanese technique used for relaxation and stress reduction. It also promotes healing for the body, mind and spirit. It can heal past and present and ensure the best future.
A Reiki practitioner has training in channeling, using and directing the Reiki energy. He has also been attuned to the healing Reiki energy by his teacher. In practice, Reiki is “directed” toward the recipient by laying the hands on the face, head and shoulders, knees and feet, and hovering the hands over the torso. The practitioner allows himself to be a channel for the life force energy during the treatment. Neither the practitioner nor the recipient need know “what” needs to be healed. The energy is intelligent and will go where it is needed, on all levels.

During a session, the recipient is typically either lying down (massage tables are frequently used) or sitting down in a relaxed atmosphere. Often music is present and possibly sage, incense or essential oils. The recipient remains fully clothed during the session. The recipient’s only obligation in the healing process is to have faith that the energy will work. They should also be open to any guidance they may receive during the treatment; be open to what they might need to do to facilitate healing. If you’re asking God to give you something, like an education, what are you willing to sacrifice to get it? Maybe some free time? Detoxing what you no longer need in your life, to get what you want should be the mindset. Reiki has a strong detox effect.

Life force energy naturally flows through the human; it causes us to be alive. If we are ill, stressed, have mental health issues, trauma, etc., our life force energy can be low or depleted and we may experience numerous negative symptoms or get sick more easily. When life force energy is high and balanced, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

Reiki treatments feel like a wonderful glowing radiance flowing in and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, mind, spirit and emotions. The beneficial effects of Reiki include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Many have reported miraculous results.
Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and malady and always creates a beneficial effect. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.
